Hi There...
It's been a long time..i haven't written
anything. What i'v been doing these days?
Nothing.Actually nothing.Or something
very important...Hmmm...Confused...??
Don't be.There comes a time when one
needs to be calm and sane..and needs to
enjoy the serenity of life..Rather than just
running and running after so called ''DREAMS''
and ''SUCCESS''.You might be thinking,i'v
always talked about ideal things and decipline
so far...but there are always two sides of a coin.
The famous writer GEORGE BARNARD SHAW has
confessed '' Descipline restrict life......''
No doubt that for success in life we need
DESCIPLINE.But without descipline we can
reach the higher level of EXCELLENCE.
Sometimes Life just needs to flow,
Without any blockage of strict mundane
rituals..Have you ever thought what comes
next, when all Dreams are realised and Goals
are achieved?...here i remmember one more
quote of G.B.SHAW..''what is life but a
series of inspired follies? The difficulty
is to find them to do.''
So Let the LIFE flow...Explore it more and more.
Remmember There is more fun in working
your way towards success rather than
in goal itself..keep this journey slow
and seren.Enjoy each and every view.
Sometimes Lethargy doesn't really harm!
Enjoy...

......Faith...Of What...???
Hi Friends....
I just came across with sometning that made me question
about our religious faiths
and ways to connect to the supreme power. This is not just about a middle class
hindu family,we all,somewhere do this...BRIBING THE GOD...
In adolescence for getting pass marks in exams, for getting a new
bike,getting a brand new hot girlfriend...then for job...marriage
then kids...through out our life we only bribe the GOD to get our
things done.We name it as our FAITH...A faith of things getting done
by someone we haven't seen or heard...The supreme power.
Mostly this is how a common middle class family runs..when we are adolescent, we
just follow the norms..when we grow up,we are free to
form and maintain our perspective.what i believe is PUJA,visiting TEMPLES,
HAVANS, and all KARMKAAND is a way to self regulation.when i pray i dont ask god to
fullfil my wishes…i try to sort of feel the positive energy at that time.I try to
connect the supreme power to enlighten the power within me.
this is more spiritual way to find and connect with the power.this is not the
question of seeing or hearing him.he is the supreme positive energy…and engeries
are felt not been seen or heard.
This is time i am not going to suggest anything...something i always do.
I just express my way of being religious and spiritual.
It's entirely up to you to choose your way.
Take Care!

.....Healthy Start Of A Healthy Year....
Hi Folks....
So how is the start of a brand new year.....
We all feel so high, energetic and passionate at the
begining of the year but as time flies our passion flies
with it somewhere in the universe.
So let us make the resolution that we'll not ditch
any resolution that we made...Good to follow for those who
haven't made any...
Well....on a more serious side,why don't we make health
a major concern this year.We all live a very stressful life
and follow a stressful schedule. But from that same busy
schedule if we take out some time for some yoga and exercise,
it will do a whole lot of good to our health. Here i'll give
you a brief introduction on Indian way of purifying the body
and soul.
The word Yoga comes from Indian philosophy, it literally means union, and
in this context refers to the union of the individual's soul with the universal.
Yoga is an ancient philosophy of life as well as a system of exercises that
encourages the union of mind, body, and spirit. In the words of Patanjali, author
of the Yoga Sutras, "yoga is the ability to focus the mind on a single point
without distraction." Yoga is a physical discipline; it uses the body and
breathing to develop self-awareness and mental clarity.
There is simply no other discipline quite like yoga because it utilized the body,
mind and spirit, all in one practice. Yoga is indeed a spiritual path that is
based on ancient sacred philosophy, but one does not need to make an ethical
decision when practicing yoga, rather finding your own path is wholly accepted.
The holistic benefits of yoga are suitable for the young or old, sick or well,
with any religious background. The secrets of yoga are inwardness, concentration,
and purification of mind and body with cleansing thoughts and food.
In my next article i'll elaborate more the Indian concept of
yoga and meditation....In the mean time brace yourself to follow a
healthy regimen.
Take Care.
