How is everything?
I know you all will be riding high on the spirit of
coming new year and ending of this one.
New begining always excites us.In the same way
Ending always saddens us.But there are such endings that
don't sadden us.New Year is one sort of this.
This is rule of nature. We end something and we start something.
Now the time has come to look back and review the life we spent
throught out.And to make New Year resolutions to have more
positive and healthy life.
It's the time we need to review the actions we did...the measures
we took and the choices we made!
I always say and insist that Life Is What We Choose To Be.
So with this thought i leave u guys, make right choices
make healthy choices.
Wish You All......A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR....see you in new year!

Splash,Splash,Splash....a heartfelt joy visible on his face.
His screams of carefree joy can make one's heart envy.
Why we cant enjoy the little things of life and nature
and feel blessed. We all are so wrapped up in our worldly
pursuits that we have almost lost our inner child and
the power to creat as well.Creativity is not planned.
It's a flow of positive energy that comes naturally
to an open and receptive mind and a trusting heart.
A child possess all these. We are so busy in our mundane
affairs. The pressures of practical life has almost bogged
down our free spirits.
But it's never too late.We can still be a child again
and see the world with new eyes.We just need to shed the
inhibitions and let the inspiration of freeness of soul come
inside, but space must first be cleared for it.This can be done
only through freeing our mind of clutter.Only then we'll be
able to feel the rythm of life.

to be an achiever.Different people have different
interpretations of success. It ranges from materialistic
success to spiritual success. From owning the fastest car
to attainting the self, from getting the person of our
choice to setting our own business....We all want success.
Now the question arises how to become successful in our endeavours.
There can be many ingredients in the reciepe of success such as
motivation,focus,hard work,endurance and patience.
But at times even after possesing all these,we don't succeed
and often fall in to state of depression and we give up never to make
further attempts. What's the reason of failure or rather not achieving
the certain level we set up for ourselves or the object of pursuit.
Do we ever realise that what we are strieving to achieve is truly
we wished for ourselves? Now here lies the truth, which comes to us
as revelation that this is not us.We are fighting someone els's battle
Sometimes of our parents, of our relatives,of our siblings or peers.
Here comes lack of acceptence of our own self in our life.
We most of the time don't accept who we truly are because of
external pressures, that builds up an ideal image of success.
And that way, we start to creat a fiction about ourselves.
If somebody has always seen himself creating music but unfortunately
forced to pursue some other thing, and expected being successful
at that as well, he'll never be successful because his heart lies
For being an achiever we need to learn acceptence in our
lives with a desire to explore our true interest. So be honest
with yourself because key to success is acceptence that leads to
inner security and peace.

unfair to us','this is not we wanted from our lives'
or this is not we aimed for...and blah blah...
Here we need to stop that muttering and take rest
for a moment to ponder over what we'v got instead of
what we could have achieved or wanted to achieve.
Life has a habit of falling in to patterns which we
often tend to neglect. This happen more because of our
repetitive patterns of behaviour. If we really take out
some time from the fabricated world of fragile egos,
and idiotic brilliance, to introspect,We shall find
that most of these situations arises because of our
own ignorance of our own selves.Once a crisis arises
We panic, and behave in a certain way,When that is
managed, and arises that very or similar to that situation,
again,We often dont seem to be having learnt from the
very first situation and falls in to clutches of repetitive
behaviour and end up in saying, 'life has been unfair to us.'
If we have a closer look, often problems come with it's
solution behind. We just need to take a few step ahead and take
a closer look. The solution is always there.....

Eerlier we discussed the benefits of meditation in our daily routine.
Before getting deep down in the realm of Dhyan & Yoga.
Here are some simple relaxing techniques...
Hope you will follow....
ADOPT a habit of breathing deeply. In order to function properly,
our brain needs three times more oxygen than the rest of our organs.
LEARN to empty your mind of all thoughts and worries.
This is could be easier said than done, but it will become
easier with time and practice.
WHEN u feel your mind is cleared from the clutter, try to concentrate
on your toes.
CONCENTRATE on relaxing and visualise tension draining out of them.
DO it with your other body parts.you can start with feet and end up
with your face.
WITH this you can play a MANTRA, it can be simple ''OM''.
It's positive vibe will creat a whole positive aura around you.
You can feel the divinity within you.
It's effectiveness depends on how much time you devote to this
exercise and how regular you perform this. Well...i suggest be regular
with this and make a difference in your day!

We have discussed about talking to ourselves and this way connecting to our souls.
Now i want you to be a step ahead.
That is soothing and calming the mind with the help of our ancient knowledge.
With the hectic pace and demands of modern life, many people feel stressed and over-worked.
It often feels like there is just not enough time in the day to get everything done.
Our stress and tiredness make us unhappy, impatient and frustrated.
It can even affect our health.
We are often so busy we feel there is no time to stop and meditate!
But meditation actually gives you more time by making your mind calmer and more focused.
A simple ten or fifteen minute breathing meditation can help you to overcome your stress and
find some inner peace and balance.
Meditation can also help us to understand our own mind.
We can learn how to transform our mind from negative to positive, from disturbed to peaceful,
from unhappy to happy.
Overcoming negative minds and cultivating constructive thoughts is the
purpose of the transforming meditations found in the our tradition.
This is a profound spiritual practice you can enjoy throughout the day,
not just while seated in meditation.

Well.....it's life.....we are all living......
But are we really living it? or just being pushed along with it.....
What does living a life means.....
Do we really ponder over this ''LIVING''....
Here you go......
With me you will start living your life....more and in a better way....
Now i am going to prescribe a job to all of you....Start Talking.....
You would say this is what we do our most of the day, but here it's different...
Talk to yourself.......not just with streams of chatter that meander aimlessly.
When i urge you to talk to yourself more and better, i mean you should address
yourself with focused thought fullness and tenderness.
How......this is what you will get to know with me....CHARROO...
that was talking to yourself......
If not...start doing so without making further delays.
And for those who have started connecting to their souls.....
While watching sobbing daily soup, a hottie right next to your balcony,
in leisure chatter over a cup of coffee, watching a movie or simply while
going to your bed....
Congrats to all for this!
Now, for those who are still in que and waiting for that angel who will take them
to Fantasy Land of soul-searching. Just ask few questions to yourself.
Are you satiesfied with yourself?
Are you satiesfied with your job?
Are you satiesfied with your performance?
Are you satiesfied with your relationships?
Do you have priorities and goals?
Are your goals clear?
Do you regret your living?
Do you feel contented with your life once in a day?
If your answers are mostly negative....it's a wake up call!
So get up, make a move and start this journey of finding yourself with me....CHARROO...
